BLOOD PRESSURE APPOINTMENTS

Please remember to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to give your heart rate a chance to steady. Please wear loose clothing and refrain from Caffeine and Nicotine for at least 30 minutes prior to your Blood Pressure appointment.

All Dr. Bunney's patients have been transferred to his job-share partner Dr. Jackie Tolhurst. She has increased her number of surgeries per week. We are currently interviewing for his replacement at the moment and awaiting appointment. If any of Dr. Bunney's patients wish to change their doctor please speak to a member of reception. Dr. Oliver Hassall is taking on new patients.

We would like your feedback on the care or treatment we give you any time you visit your GP or have contact with the practice. Click on the Friends & Family tab on the right below Further Information for more details. If you would like to give us more detailed feedback about the services we provide you can do this by completing a review on the NHS Choices website. To view Januarys results please click here.

GP Appointments

You can book routine appointments with your doctor in three ways: online, over the phone or at reception.

  • Online - you can view, book and cancel routine appointments online. It is a simple and easy system to use, and especially useful during those times when the telephone lines are busy or the practice is closed. If you wish to sign up for this service you can either:

(1) visit the surgery and ask for your online appointments login details, or

(2) click here - then in the green box, click "Create an account" and follow the instructions on the screen.

  • Telephone - our doctors operate personal lists to ensure continuity and consistency of care, and each list is supported by a personal receptionist.  You can make an appointment by calling your doctor's receptionist or the general enquiries line (01271) 329004
