BLOOD PRESSURE APPOINTMENTS

Please remember to arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to give your heart rate a chance to steady. Please wear loose clothing and refrain from Caffeine and Nicotine for at least 30 minutes prior to your Blood Pressure appointment.

All Dr. Bunney's patients have been transferred to his job-share partner Dr. Jackie Tolhurst. She has increased her number of surgeries per week. We are currently interviewing for his replacement at the moment and awaiting appointment. If any of Dr. Bunney's patients wish to change their doctor please speak to a member of reception. Dr. Oliver Hassall is taking on new patients.

We would like your feedback on the care or treatment we give you any time you visit your GP or have contact with the practice. Your Feedback

You said...We did...

After receiving some feedback regarding having more variety in online appointments we have made some alterations to include more later in the morning.

It is a difficult juggling exercise between the doctors having enough work at the start of the day, not having too much at the end of the day and also providing appointment times that meet our patients needs.

We have an online forum where we ask the members of this group some questions from time to time, such as your views on the availability of appointments or the quality of the care you received.  We contact you via e-mail and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.  This might be relevant to those patients who would like to be involved but may not be able to commit the time needed to attend meetings. If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email sign up here: http://www.brannammedicalcentre.co.uk/ppg.aspx

How can you give feedback?
